WOODI

The WOODI respectfully transforms the existing dwelling into a contemporary family home while retaining and enhancing its original built form. The design introduces a modern architectural language through clean geometric forms, expansive glazing and a restrained palette of light render, dark framing and refined contemporary finishes. New open-plan living spaces strengthen the connection between the interior and outdoor entertaining areas, maximising natural light, ventilation and everyday functionality. The renovation improves the home's liveability, energy performance and long-term durability while minimising unnecessary demolition by integrating new works with the existing structure. The result is a cohesive architectural outcome that revitalises the residence, respects the surrounding neighbourhood and provides a modern, functional home suited to contemporary living.
