GAUD

The GAUD creates a welcoming, landscaped community environment with a strong connection between architecture and the surrounding landscape. A consistent palette of light render, dark brick, timber screening and metal roofing gives each dwelling a contemporary yet warm character. Repeated entry elements establish a clear architectural rhythm while maintaining individual identity. Generous native landscaping, established trees and layered planting soften the built form and enhance privacy. The curved internal driveway and pedestrian paths create an attractive, walkable streetscape, delivering a calm, cohesive and highly liveable residential setting.
