COVE

The COVE presents a contemporary architectural response that complements its coastal setting through a simple, elegant built form and restrained material palette. Clean geometric lines, a flat roof profile and natural timber screening create a modern yet timeless appearance, while generous glazing maximises natural daylight and strengthens the connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The dwelling is carefully integrated with the sloping site, minimising visual impact and reducing earthworks. Soft landscaping and existing vegetation enhance privacy and reinforce the relationship with the surrounding environment. The design delivers a functional, energy-efficient and low-maintenance home that balances architectural quality, liveability and long-term durability while contributing positively to the streetscape.
